Devise Solutions was founded by Hossam Hebieishy, PMP, after more than 25 years leading information systems, IT infrastructure and large-scale project delivery for organizations ranging from global hospitality brands to financial services firms and hyperscale data center operations.
Two decades of managing complex technology projects — cloud migrations, data center build-outs, cybersecurity governance and business continuity planning — made one thing clear: most businesses don’t need more vendors, they need a partner who can see the whole picture. Hossam Hebieishy, PMP is the founder and principal consultant at Devise Solutions. His career spans project and program management, IT infrastructure, data center operations and cybersecurity governance for organizations including Meta, Grove Point Financial, PERQUE Integrative Health, and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.
He has led data center capacity and infrastructure projects, cloud migrations to Microsoft Azure, enterprise-wide Office 365 transitions, and cybersecurity incident response programs — always with a focus on aligning technology decisions with real business objectives. He holds a PMP® certification (PMI membership #1248567) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University.
